AI image generation credits

The paid service consists of AI image generation credits. Credits can be redeemed for text-to-image generation and, where available, editing user-supplied images. We may change the technical providers, models, or infrastructure used to fulfill a generation while preserving the credit price displayed before you submit the request.

The site may also include industry reporting, galleries, articles, account tools, generation history, and plan information. These informational or account features are separate from the paid credit balance, and features marked as upcoming or unavailable are not part of a completed purchase until enabled.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally able to enter a binding contract and be at least 13 years old. If you use the service for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it. You are responsible for activity under your account, for maintaining access to the linked email account, and for notifying us promptly of unauthorized use.

You may not share an account to evade limits, create accounts through automated means, sell access credentials, or misrepresent your identity. We may suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, other users, or third parties.

Credits, subscriptions, and payment

A standard text-to-image generation costs 10 credits and an image edit with a reference input costs 15 credits at launch. The interface displays the charge before generation. Credits are a limited license to use the service; they are not currency, have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and may not be resold. The 20 free credits granted when a new account is created expire seven days after they are issued; any unused free balance is removed from the account credit ledger at that time.

Subscription prices, billing intervals, credit allocations, taxes, and renewal terms are shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Cancellation stops future renewal and does not by itself refund prior charges. One-time credit packs do not expire under the launch offer. Subscription-credit duration is disclosed with the plan. Payments are processed by Creem, and you also agree to the payment processor terms that apply to checkout.

If a generation fails before a usable output is delivered, the service is designed to return the charged credits. Delays or aesthetic dissatisfaction with a successfully delivered image do not automatically constitute a failed generation.

Your content and output

You retain whatever rights you hold in prompts and uploaded material. You grant us and our generation providers a limited license to host, copy, transmit, transform, and process that material solely to operate, secure, support, and improve the service. You represent that you have every right and permission needed for the content you submit.

As between you and us, and to the extent permitted by law, we assign to you any rights we may have in an output created for you after applicable charges are paid. AI-generated material may not qualify for intellectual-property protection in every jurisdiction, may resemble other material, and may not be unique. We do not promise that an output is available for trademark registration, free of third-party claims, factually accurate, or suitable for a regulated use.

Commercial use is permitted subject to these Terms, applicable law, rights in the input, and any restriction disclosed for the generation service.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to violate law or third-party rights; create sexual content involving minors; facilitate exploitation, harassment, fraud, impersonation, or non-consensual intimate imagery; generate instructions or assets intended to cause physical or digital harm; bypass security or rate limits; scrape the service; overload infrastructure; or conceal that synthetic media is authentic where disclosure is required.

We may block prompts, remove stored material, limit generations, or suspend accounts when we reasonably believe use violates these Terms or creates material risk. Enforcement may be automated or manual and may be imperfect; contact support if you believe a decision was made in error.

Availability and changes

AI providers, hosting systems, payment processors, and networks can fail or change. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, a particular queue time, permanent retention of outputs, or that a named model will remain available. You should download important results and keep independent copies.

We may update features, models, credit costs for future generations, and these Terms. We will not retroactively change a completed purchase without a lawful reason. Material changes apply from the stated effective date.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy. You remain responsible for reviewing outputs before publication or use.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Northlight will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, or business interruption. Our aggregate liability arising from the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where the law forbids them.

Termination, disputes, and general terms

You may stop using the service at any time. We may terminate or suspend access for material breach, fraud, security risk, legal requirement, or prolonged account inactivity, with notice where reasonable. Provisions that by their nature should survive—including payment obligations, content responsibility, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute terms—will survive.

Before filing a formal claim, please email support@getflux3.com and allow 30 days for an informal resolution. Governing law and forum will be determined by the operator's place of establishment and applicable consumer-protection rules; mandatory local rights remain unaffected. If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect. These Terms and incorporated policies are the entire agreement about the service.
