Product FAQ
Credits, rights, privacy, and generation—clearly stated.
These answers describe the launch version of Flux 3. If a feature, price, or policy changes, this page will be updated with the effective date.
What does Flux 3 generate?
This image generator creates still images from text prompts and supports reference-led editing when you upload an image with your brief.
Where can I read Flux 3 release news?
The independent release timeline summarizes confirmed Black Forest Labs milestones, including the July multimodal announcement, Video general availability, and public Image and Dev guidance.
Does this site offer FLUX 3 Video?
The launch product is focused on still-image creation. FLUX 3 Video is generally available from Black Forest Labs, but video generation is not part of this service yet.
How do credits work?
A standard image costs 10 credits and an edit with a reference image costs 15. Purchased credits are added to your account ledger so charges and refunds can be traced.
Do I need an account to generate?
Yes. Account access is required for generation so the service can protect credits, record history, and control abuse. Sign in with Google to begin.
What can I upload?
The editor accepts PNG, JPEG, and WebP reference images up to 8 MB. You must own or have permission to use the material you upload.
Can I use outputs for client or commercial work?
Commercial use is allowed, subject to the Terms of Service, the rights in your inputs, applicable law, and any restrictions disclosed for the generation service.
Are prompts and images used to train models?
We do not train an image model on your prompts or images. Inputs must be processed by an AI generation vendor to perform the request and may be handled under that vendor's service terms.
What happens when a generation fails?
The credit ledger refunds the credits charged for a generation that fails before producing a usable result.
How do refunds work?
Eligible first purchases can be refunded within 30 calendar days under the conditions in the Refund Policy. Duplicate charges and service failures are reviewed separately.
How can I contact support?
Email support@getflux3.com with the account email, a concise description, and any relevant generation or order identifier. Do not send passwords or full payment-card details.
